Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial sales and service operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with business clients and fleet accounts
• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
• Oversee service scheduling, quality control, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with parts and service departments to streamline operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive sales and service
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends
• Proficiency in CRM and dealership management systems
