Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Location: Orlando, FL

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial roofing projects from start to finish. This role ensures that all projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget—while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects, from planning through completion.

  • Direct daily field operations to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

  • Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules and budgets as needed.

  • Lead, train, and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and support staff.

  • Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.

  • Provide detailed progress updates, cost tracking, and performance reports to senior leadership.

  • Identify potential risks, resolve project challenges, and proactively implement solutions.

  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily reports, photos, and correspondence.

  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management or a related role.

  • In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

  • Comfortable working at heights and capable of safely using ladders and other elevated equipment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
