Amtec Staffing has partnered with a premier Commercial Roofing and Waterproofing contractor based in the Orlando area, to find an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of assigned commercial roofing and waterproofing projects, from pre-construction through closeout

Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution

Prepare and review project proposals, estimates, contracts, and change orders

Conduct on-site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications

Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders

Resolve project challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining strong client relationships

Ensure adherence to company safety standards and OSHA regulations
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management (single-ply, built-up, modified bitumen, or sheet metal systems)

Strong knowledge of construction documents, contracts, and specifications

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

OSHA certifications or willingness to obtain
