We are currently seeking to hire a Commercial Roofing Field Manager / Sales to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing commercial roofing projects and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate commercial roofing projects
• Report to team and individual performance on each project
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
• Meet and present proposals with potential clients
• Provide estimates for projects

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial roofing, sales, estimator, customer service, and related field
• Must have at least 5-10 years experience in Commercial Roofing
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to organize, order material and complete a project from start to finish
