Compensation: $70,000–$105,000 base + Bonus + Full Benefits

We represent a leading Michigan commercial roofing and building envelope contractor actively seeking an Estimator for their Novi team. This is your chance to join a company with a strong pipeline and a supportive culture.

Your Role:

• Prepare precise bids for diverse commercial roofing projects

• Perform takeoffs, analyze drawings, visit job sites

• Negotiate vendor/supplier quotes

• Deliver detailed proposals with clear scope and options

• Coordinate with PMs to ensure clean project turnover

You Bring:

• 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience

• Solid knowledge of low-slope systems and sheet metal

• Familiarity with estimating software and MS Office

• Excellent communication, detail focus, and problem-solving ability
