Peter DeSalvo Contracting, LLC is in search of a Commercial Construction Estimator that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and “dive in”. If you possess great organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and are not afraid to speak up and keep up in a fast paced ever changing environment that is deadline driven, then Peter DeSalvo Contracting is for you!

Currently hiring: Commercial Construction Estimator

Top 3 things you will be performing everyday:

1) Develop scope of work and distribute bid documents for estimating purposes

2) Create accurate estimates using estimating software, develop proposals, and budgets in a timely manner.

3) Ensures accurate, well written contracts are in place to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good a relationship with the client

Top 3 Past Experiences you need to bring:

1) 5-10 years of Commercial Construction Estimating experience estimating and bidding large EPDM, TPO, and Asphalt roofing systems. Additional experience with James Hardie siding, vinyl siding & PVC trim helpful.

2) Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

3) Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing

Full Time positions – Hudson, NH

Pay – $100K+ is based on experience
