Next Comms Talk is seeking a results-oriented and professional Commercial Relationship Manager to manage and grow client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to our partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-lasting relationships that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling communication services

  • Develop customized communication strategies aligned with client goals

  • Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to assess performance and address needs

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of services

  • Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for stakeholders

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

  • Resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
