Then this is the job for YOU! California based Owner/Manager is seeking Property Manager for local properties, as well as a few out of state. Position will travel 2-3 days each quarter. Position will have the opportunity to build on property management skills and develop skills further in financial reporting/knowledge. Position will work under a Senior Asset Manager, handling premier institutional clients. Company provides a professional environment that is team oriented and continually growing! What are my Responsibilities?

  • Managing vendors (maintenance, janitorial, concierge services per building)
  • Managing tenant construction or building improvement processes
  • Visiting and inspecting properties
  • Reviewing CAM's
  • Corresponding with existing and prospective clients
  • Preparing yearly budgets
  • Tracking actual to budget and preparing variance reports
  • Analyzing financials
  • Reviewing property payables and receivables
  • Communicating with tenants with late payments or delays
  • Building Tenant relationships
  • Communicating with owners and developing partnership with them
  • Coordinating tenant functions, and amenities for the building
  • Scheduling routine building maintenance
  • Handling tenant move-in and move-outs
  • Managing tenant and vendor compliance

What skills do I need?

  • Driven to be successful and willing to uphold company policies
  • Someone who can make CUSTOMER SERVICE #1!
  • Ability to represent company professionally in communication and attire
  • Willingness to resolve tenant concerns with thorough follow up

What are the requirements?

  • Minimum of 3 years as an Assistant PM, or year as a Property Manager
  • Four-year Degree is desired, but not required
  • CA License require, or willing to obtain within 3-6 months of hire
  • Word, Excel, Outlook and internet proficiency
  • Experience with Yardi or MRI ideal
