Commercial Property Manager\n\nLocation: Newcastle\n Competitive salary + package\n\nI'm working with one of the North's leading property consultancies. They've grown well beyond the Northeast in recent years, with offices in Leeds and Manchester and more on the way. It's a great time to join them.\n\nThis role sits in their Property Management team in Newcastle, where you'll be managing commercial sites across the North of England.

It's varied, fast paced, and offers plenty of client contact. If you enjoy a mix of strategic management, site visits, and hands-on problem solving, this will suit you perfectly.\n\nWhat you'll be doing\n\nManaging a portfolio of commercial properties for key clients.\nBuilding strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders.\nCarrying out site inspections and ensuring clear action plans are delivered.\nOverseeing leases, tenancy schedules, compliance, and reporting.\nHandling budgets, service charges, arrears recovery, and financial reporting.\nWorking alongside in-house lease advisory, agency, and building consultancy teams.What they're looking for\n\nDegree-qualified (MRICS but not essential).\nPrevious experience in commercial property management.\nKnowledge of landlord & tenant law.\nStrong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.\nOrganised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.\nFull UK driving licence + access to a car.What's in it for you\n\nJoin a respected consultancy with ambitious growth plans.\nGenuine career development - many senior leaders here started in junior roles.\nA collaborative, supportive team environment.\nThe chance to manage a diverse and interesting commercial portfolio
