Commercial Property Manager – Retail & HOA Portfolio

We’re hiring a Commercial Property Manager for our local client to oversee daily operations across multiple retail centers and one HOA commercial property. This role requires a proactive, organized professional with strong project management and tenant relations skills.

Commercial Property Manager Qualifications:

• Prior experience in commercial property management, especially retail required

• Strong understanding of construction, budgeting, and lease administration

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Key Commercial Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and conduct routine site visits

• Lead capital improvement and tenant finish projects from budgeting to final inspection

• Collaborate with on-site HOA representative for shared property oversight

• Prepare budgets, approve invoices, and monitor operating expenses

• Serve as primary contact for tenants, resolving service issues and coordinating lease obligations

• Provide regular updates and reports to property owners and stakeholders

• Travel between sites using reliable personal transportation (mileage reimbursed)
