Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Property Asset Manager to lead the strategic management and optimization of one of our diverse real estate portfolio. In this role, you will oversee the operational, financial, and legal aspects of commercial properties, ensuring they generate maximum value while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Your proactive approach will drive property performance, foster strong tenant relationships, and support the overall growth of our asset holdings. Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize property value, income, and operational efficiency across the portfolio.

Oversee leasing activities, including property leasing negotiations, tenant onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure high occupancy rates.

Manage property maintenance and facilities management tasks, coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

Administer legal documentation such as leases, contracts, amendments, and notices while ensuring adherence to Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant Law, and other relevant legal frameworks.

Utilize property management software, reporting, rent collection, lease tracking, and financial analysis.

Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify maintenance or operational issues; coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed.

Manage tenant relations through excellent customer service practices—handling inquiries, resolving conflicts via effective conflict management skills, and upselling additional services or amenities when appropriate.

Monitor financial performance by analyzing income statements, budgets, and expenses; prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate with legal teams on lease enforcement, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and legal administrative processes.
Requirements -
Proven experience in real estate administrative roles with a focus on property management or asset management within commercial or multifamily sectors. Texas Real Estate License.

Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, and legal administrative procedures related to real estate.

Proficiency in property management software is a plus.

Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette for tenant interactions and vendor communications.

Maintain organized digital filing systems for legal documents, lease agreements, correspondence, and property records—both physical and digital (including CMMS systems).

Support sales initiatives by promoting available properties or services to prospective tenants or clients through effective negotiation techniques.

Engage in conflict resolution with tenants or vendors proactively to maintain positive relationships while protecting organizational interests.

Proven experience in real estate administrative roles with a focus on property management or asset management within commercial or multifamily sectors. Texas Real Estate License.

Office experience supporting administrative functions such as filing, data entry, report , and correspondence handling.

Knowledge of sales techniques aimed at upselling services or lease extensions to tenants or clients.

Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
