Job Description

The Project Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing planning, coordination, and execution to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate communication and workflow between clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Track budgets and timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule and within approved costs.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Martin Commercial’s quality standards and client expectations.
• Support a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment focused on accountability and results.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience managing commercial construction or development projects.
• Must have experience managing commercial Mid-size projects ranging from $8-15M
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field .
