This role is ideal for someone with experience in commercial projects, construction, or project management who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and making things happen on the go. You will coordinate installers and helpers, manage customer expectations, and oversee projects while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You Will Be Trusted To
- Lead and coordinate a team of installers and helpers on commercial projects
- Solve on-site challenges and make critical decisions to keep projects on track
- Manage budgets, prepare quotes, and maintain clear communication with customers
- Ensure safety, quality, and accountability on every project
- Coach and mentor team members, supporting their growth and success
You Qualify With
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of construction, project management, or commercial experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience reading plans, preparing quotes, and performing basic math
- Ability to perform installations and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
Additional Success
- One or more years of garage door or commercial sales experience
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Experience operating boom lifts and scissor lifts
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan, ProMaster, or other service ticketing systems
