Commercial Manager (Conflict of Interest)

Bring your Commercial and Conflict of Interest experience to this exciting transformational healthcare programme.

The Role:

Working with a renowned consulting firm and central government agencies, you will support commercial and procurement activities across a high-profile healthcare programme, ensuring potential conflicts of interest from suppliers are proactively identified and managed, as well as looking at commissioning.

Sitting within the Governance and Audit Assurance team, you will develop professional relationships and work collaboratively across organisations to deliver ongoing value, provide credible commercial expertise, and manage conflicts of interest from identification through to reporting and mitigation.

Key Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working in Central Government and health
  • Experience on complex commercial and procurement programmes
  • Experience managing conflict of interest and contracts
  • Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks

Core Details:

This is a 12-month contract inside IR35, requiring travel into Canary Wharf 2-4 days per week, with a provisional starting date within the next 4-weeks (by mid-November).
