Danny Sullivan Group are currently looking for a Commercial Manager for a role that they have available with a utilities contractor working on large scale framework.\n\nAs Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of major utilities and power infrastructure projects. You will lead commercial teams, ensuring that all contracts are delivered in line with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOversee the commercial and contractual management of power and utilities projects in Ruislip.\nLead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff.\nManage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and compliance.\nNegotiate contracts, variations, and claims with clients and subcontractors.\nProvide strategic commercial advice to the project delivery team.\nEnsure adherence to risk management, governance, and compliance processes.\nMaintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.Experience/qualifications:\n\nProven experience as a Commercial Manager within the utilities, power, or infrastructure sector.\nStrong knowledge of NEC contracts () and commercial management principles.\nExcellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.\nDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline ( but not essential).\nStrong financial and contractual acumen with a track record of managing complex projects.What’s on Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nOpportunity to work with a leading contractor in the power and utilities sector.\nLong-term career progression and development opportunities.\nA key role on high-profile projects in Ruislip and the Home Counties areaContact Jimmy Holly at Danny Sullivan Group for more details
