Commercial Maintenance Technician in Tempe

We are currently seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing works orders and other required tasks including but no limited to HVAC repairs & maintenance, evaporative cooler repairs and maintenance, plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, painting and other property/facility maintenance as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Communicate effectively with tenants
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial real estate property maintenance is
• Broad experience with various trades (HVAC, Evaporative coolers, plumbing, electrical, drywall/paint repairs) is but can provide on-the -job training if necessary
• Current HVAC Certification a definite plus
• Familiarity in operation of maintenance tools (including lifts)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Comfortable working with strict deadlines and detail-oriented a must
• Must have clean AZ Driver License and own a work vehicle (Mileage reimbursement provided)
