Commercial Properties Maintenance Technician

Full-Time

Become part of a well-established real estate organization! We’re looking for a Commercial Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of office and retail properties.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Respond to tenant service requests promptly and professionally
• Use basic computer/smartphone apps to track work orders

What We’re Looking For:

• Class A Experience (required)
• Commercial building maintenance experience (required)
• Driver’s license
• Professional appearance
• Customer-focused and eager to learn
