Our esteemed financial banking client is seeking an experienced professional to lead their loan operations team as a Commercial Loan Documentation Manager. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing document review and ensuring accuracy across the bank's commercial lending portfolio.


Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in loan servicing/operations and 2+ years in management
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills
  • Ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Knowledge of real estate and/or banking law (ideal)
  • High initiative, accountability, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a loan operations team
  • Review and oversee the preparation of commercial loan documents
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support smooth loan processing
  • Drive efficiency and accuracy within document management workflows
