Our esteemed financial banking client is seeking an experienced professional to lead their loan operations team as a Commercial Loan Documentation Manager. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing document review and ensuring accuracy across the bank's commercial lending portfolio.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in loan servicing/operations and 2+ years in management
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills
- Ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Knowledge of real estate and/or banking law (ideal)
- High initiative, accountability, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a loan operations team
- Review and oversee the preparation of commercial loan documents
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support smooth loan processing
- Drive efficiency and accuracy within document management workflows
