The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex litigation matters, exceptional courtroom presence, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts
• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and manage discovery processes
• Develop litigation strategy and work closely with clients to provide sound legal counsel

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Texas State Bar in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
