This role offers the opportunity to work alongside respected litigation attorneys on complex commercial matters.

Position: Litigation Associate Attorney

Experience: 3-5+ years

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid flexibility available)

Practice Area: Commercial Litigation

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, from intake through trial
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Argue motions in court and participate in depositions
• Support trial preparation and courtroom presentation
• Communicate case strategy and status to partners and clients

✅ Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar license
• Minimum 3 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and independently handle case responsibilities
• Professional, organized, and collaborative team player
