This role is responsible for the commercial service department, leading a team of service and support staff to ensure the highest standards of client service, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Looking for a Leader with proven service management experience in a commercial insurance setting. Will lead and mentor the Service and Support staff and manage a small, select portfolio of key commercial accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, assignments, and performance evaluations
• Hire, onboard, and develop team members
• Build and maintain efficient workflows
• Manage remote and hybrid team members
• Supervise outsourced resources
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing department to onboard new clients
• Collaborate with Claims Manager to optimize claims handling workflows
• Lead training initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven service management experience in a commercial insurance setting
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with a commitment to team success
• Tech-forward mindset with a focus on technology-driven process improvements
• Experience with remote team management
• Knowledge of commercial insurance lines and client account management
