We are looking to expand our team and are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual looking to work for an established top-notch insurance agency that services nationwide. We are looking for a career-minded self-starter who is wanting to grow in a full-time commercial lines insurance customer service position at Fortun& Co. With your exceptional skills in relationship building and putting the customers needs first, we know this position is right for you. 

Must be willing to obtain or already possess a Property and Casualty License.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Educate and advise prospective clients based on their needs and personal goals.
• Prioritize your tasks and responsibilities throughout the day to stay organized.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Must be willing to obtain or already possess a Property and Casualty License. Willing to train a qualified candidate
• 2 + Years of insurance experience. Willing to train the qualified candidate.
• Basic computer software knowledge and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent Written/Verbal/Typing skills
• Professional office and phone etiquette
• Bilingual: Spanish & English
