We’re looking for a personable, enthusiastic Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to help take our agency to the next level. Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player who has the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment. You will manage client communications, nurture important relationships, and keep track of policy details and documentation in a secure system. Responsibilities:

• Work independently to answer clients completely on policy or billing questions, including explanations about their coverage or rate adjustments to ensure total understanding
• Develop competitive quotes for coverage or make updates to a current policy
• Document any policy changes on customer accounts in Epic and clearly communicate with customers about those updates
• In partnership with the producer, manage the account renewal from pre-renewal review until final binding of coverage
• Market new business as needed
• Review of customer contracts in relation to the insurance program
• Develop and maintain a trusted consultative relationship with clients
• Prompt and efficient deliverables to clients and carriers
• Maintain up-to-date data in the agency management system
• Support team members as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience handling all aspects of account management
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Proficient in Applied EPIC
• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to work closely with producers and team members
