The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager plays a vital role in supporting our clients, maintaining strong relationships, and delivering efficient, high-quality service across all stages of the account lifecycle.

Work Performed

• Support the servicing of commercial lines business, including data management, documentation, policy changes, audits, premium comparisons, billing, and day-to-day servicing
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members
• Coordinate and process policy documents including binders, ID cards, insurance summaries, proposals and certificates
• Handle client billing including invoicing, reconciling account discrepancies, and tracking outstanding payments

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Education & Experience

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• Experience with commercial lines insurance is , but not required
• Familiarity with agency workflows and management systems (e.g., Applied Epic) is a plus
• Understanding of agency workflows and procedures
