JMI Insurance is a seasoned insurance agency with over 30 years in business. We are currently looking for an eager CSR/agent for our Commercial Lines department, at our home office in downtown Beaverton. We need this agent to be a self-starter and quick learner, being able to work as a team on a book of commercial accounts including all customer service duties from renewals, quotes, and servicing. This person will have the skills needed to cross-sell existing and new clients, and work with staff to create the most efficient workflows for this book of business.

Applicant Requirements Are:

- Oregon Property & Casualty license

- Strong communication skills

- Attention to detail & able to handle multiple tasks at a time

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; Outlook, Word, Excel and Agency Management System

- Experience with Commercial Lines

- Solid knowledge of P&C products, business rules and regulations

- Demonstrated job stability w/references

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

- Pay is based on experience
