Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with commercial clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their insurance needs.
Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and policy accuracy.
Policy Renewals: Coordinate and process policy renewals, ensuring timely updates and adherence to compliance.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details within the CRM.
Problem Resolution: Address any concerns or issues that arise promptly and effectively, ensuring client contentment.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a customer service role within the insurance industry.
Licensing: Active NJ Property & Casualty License is required.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems and other related software.
Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Customer Focused: Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex client queries.
