Job Description

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annual base salary (Dependent on Experience) + incentive opportunity

Location: Allentown, PA

Work Arrangement: Full-Time, In-Office

How You’ll Drive Impact

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a diverse book of business, guiding clients through risk management decisions, and ensuring their coverage aligns with long-term goals. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and partner—balancing analytical detail, relationship management, and operational excellence to help clients protect and grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary consultant for a high-profile and complex portfolio of commercial clients.
• Partner with Producers to coordinate coverage placements, prepare proposals, and participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Support new business development through proactive service delivery and responsiveness to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, TPAs, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage customer files, billing, renewals, and claims processing using agency management systems.
• Review and analyze policy coverage, identifying opportunities to strengthen client protection and reduce risk.
• Ensure all activity complies with laws, regulations, and agency standards while seeking opportunities to enhance internal processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

You’re an experienced insurance professional who combines technical expertise with a genuine commitment to client success. You take pride in your ability to simplify complex coverage, foster lasting relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain).
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial accounts; familiarity with alternative risk or captive products .
• Strong understanding of commercial lines and coverage structures.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional designation (CIC, CPCU, etc.) .
