Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager to become a part of our organization! You will work with a book of current clients and service their policies,

Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a book of commercial lines accounts
• Correspond with clients in regards to policy changes, updates, audits and claims
• Take accurate and detailed file notes
• Rate and Calculate renewal and policy change premiums
• Negotiate renewal rates
• Coordinate with Account Executive
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
• Review and analyze insurance policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy
• Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and pricing
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the insurance market
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance or other related fields
• Experience in working with Commercial Lines policies
• Working with AMS360 a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
