Responsibilities

• Servicing commercial lines accounts (day-to-day, renewals, re-marketing, and quoting)
• Building relationships with current, new and prospective clients
• Providing exceptional service to our customers
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
• 1+ years of CSR/Account Manager experience
• Outgoing personality
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Epic software system is a bonus
