What You'll Bring:

• Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
• Active Licensing: A valid Property & Casualty license.
• Technological Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, carrier websites, and other relevant software.
• Exceptional Communication & Organizational Skills: Possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities.
• Diverse Book of Business: Experience managing a general book of commercial accounts.

• Manage and service a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.
• Deliver an unparalleled customer experience, fostering positive client interactions.
• Cultivate strong client relationships built on trust and professionalism.
• Efficiently process certificates, notice of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements.
• Handle requests for information and documentation with precision.
• Prepare comprehensive applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by producers.
• Proactively follow up with markets to secure timely quotations.
