Position Summary
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be the cornerstone of client service for our business insurance customers. Whether you're new to insurance or bring years of experience, you'll be part of a team that takes an educational approach with clients and a mentoring approach with teammates.
Your role will focus on managing a book of commercial accounts handling everything from policy servicing and renewals to client communication and claims follow-up. Youll collaborate with producers, carriers, and underwriters to provide a high standard of service and help clients truly understand their coverage.

Responsibilities
Manage and service commercial lines accounts (small and mid-sized business clients)
Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, and billing inquiries
Educate clients on policy coverages and risk management practices
Work closely with producers on new business and account retention
Maintain accurate and organized records in the agency management system
Follow up on claims and assist clients through the process
Communicate regularly with carriers and clients to ensure timely policy processing
Stay current on industry trends, products, and continuing education
Requirements
Experience in commercial lines servicing or customer service in insurance
Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with Office 365, agency management systems, and modern digital tools
Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
