Job Title: Commercial Landscape Manager

Location:  Houston / Spring / Magnolia, TX. (Onsite)         

Type: Full Time

Rate: $65k - $95k yearly

We are expanding into Texas and looking for an experienced leader to launch and run our new Commercial Maintenance Division in the Houston area. This is a rare opportunity for a proven field or operations manager to take the next step and lead a division with the full support and resources of an established company.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations for commercial landscape maintenance accounts
• Hire, train, and lead maintenance crews to deliver excellent results
• Manage schedules, property quality, and customer satisfaction
• Support business development through client visits and estimating
• Operate equipment or assist in the field when needed
• Build and grow a team that takes pride in quality and service

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial landscape crews
• Strong understanding of irrigation systems and landscape equipment
• Confident communicator who can build relationships with clients and crews
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Motivated by growth, responsibility, and the opportunity to help build a business
