People Source is currently hiring a highly skilled Certified Journeyman Electrician with 4+ years of verifiable experience. This is a full-time position in commercial, industrial, and multi-family construction projects. We're looking for professionals who show up ready to work, communicate clearly, and take pride in craftsmanship and safety.

PAY: $28–$36 per hour (based on experience)
SCHEDULE: Full-time
LOCATION: Arizona

What the Job Looks Like:

This role requires on-site attendance, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and familiarity with the full range of construction tools and tasks. You’ll need your own tools, a working knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC), and experience with switchgear, control wiring, and advanced wire pulling (e.g., using tuggers). Reading blueprints, managing time efficiently, and keeping a safe, clean jobsite are part of the daily routine. Communication is key!

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain electrical systems in commercial, multi-family, and industrial settings
• Perform switchgear installations and make-ups (Cad weld)
• Execute control wiring and advanced wire pulling methods
• Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Inspect and troubleshoot transformers, panels, and circuit breakers
• Install wiring, lighting, and fire alarm systems
• Supervise apprentices and assist in planning
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local/state building codes
• Handle urgent repairs when needed
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

What You’ll Need to Bring:

· 4+ years of verifiable experience (Company references must confirm)

· OSHA 10 certification

· Strong understanding of NEC and installation methods

· Comfortable with switchgear, control wiring, and wire pulling equipment

· Experience with fire alarm, sound, or data systems is a plus

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, kneeling, etc.)

· Own hand tools and reliable transportation

· Communication skills are essential
