About the Role
Immediate job opening in Chicago working in a large insurance agency’s risk management team which has sophisticated accounts and requires a high level of attention to detail. As Commercial Lines CSR you support account managers with policy administration. This is an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of client service with a company that has a track record of internal career advancement.
Location: Downtown Chicago or northwest suburbs
Job Responsibilities:
- Process changes online through insurance company websites
- Billing and invoicing
- Documentation in the agency management system (audits, policy changes, etc.)
- Daily activity follow up and correspondence with clients and insurance companies
- Process auto ID cards, new & renewal policies, endorsements, cancellations, audits, claims, and loss runs
- Update applications and Acord forms
Experience:
- At least one (1) year of commercial insurance property and casualty experience
- Active state insurance license
