Commercial Insurance Client Service Specialist job opening with a close knit, family oriented agency that offers on-the-job training. A full-service independent insurance agency, they assist individuals and companies with finding the right coverage, working with multiple insurance companies that offer products to insure homes, vehicles, and business exposures; they also offer financial services, life, and health insurance too.

Job Specs

• Location: Dickson, TN.
• Job Responsibilities: Provide support to insureds regarding their insurance policies. Help with billing. Assist with claims. Issue certificates and id cards. Provide insurance quotes for new lines of coverage. Gather information and obtain quotes for renewals. Review policies to answer questions about coverage limits and exclusions.
• Experience: Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required. Applicants without insurance experience must have previously worked in a professional office setting. College degree is required.
