About the Role
Join a sophisticated management division at a large insurance brokerage as a Commercial Insurance Claims Advocate with a focus on large commercial property claims. You embody the care, education, and advocacy that’s important to every phase of the process, from intake and reporting to follow up and complete resolution.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the claims management process to improve customer satisfaction
- Gather and review loss data
- Track claims status with carriers and TPAs
- Maintain files in the agency’s management system
- Engage in stewardship and client meetings, educating clients on the claims process
Skills & Experience
At least five (5) years of claims handling experience; commercial property is required.
