About the Role

As Commercial Insurance Account Analyst you join a large insurance broker’s Atlanta area team to provide support within the client service team on tactical, day-to-day policy management, client issues, and questions. These are substantial, , and highly specialized accounts that provide a great learning opportunity behind-the-scenes. The firm has a strong track record of internal advancement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare client files and update records in the agency management system
• Gather and complete renewal paperwork that includes applications, loss information, schedules, charts, summaries, reports, and applications
• Track policy/endorsement change requests, review contracts, and certificates

Skills & Experience

• One (1) or more years of experience working in the commercial insurance industry in a similar policy management and customer service role to include Underwriting Assistant, Account Rep, or Account Specialist
• Strong attention to detail and proficient with Microsoft Office programs

Job Specs

Schedule: Hybrid schedule; 3 days/week in the office required.
