Kendrick Mechanical Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the expert installation of commercial heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring top-notch service and craftsmanship on every project. Your ability to deliver quality, precision, and professionalism will play a key role in creating comfortable, efficient commercial environments for our valued clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Install commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Accurately read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Execute installations involving proper refrigeration piping techniques and airflow design.
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards, code compliance, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timelines and requirements are met.
• Apply knowledge of static pressure, ductwork layout, and system efficiency during installs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with strong communication on job sites.
• Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any issues resolved.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience .
• EPA 608 Certification (required).
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record (required).
• Clean background check (required).
• TDLR registration (required).
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with a variety of commercial HVAC equipment and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ductwork practices, static pressure, and proper refrigeration piping.

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:00pm
• (Weekends, Evenings, and Overtime as needed)
