What You’ll Do
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers, ice machine
- Perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and equipment changeouts.
- Provide excellent customer service and accurate record-keeping.
- Use company tools: service van, iPad, iPhone.
What You Need
- US work authorization required ( or permanent resident)
- 3–6 years commercial HVAC experience • EPA Certification; O6A license
- Constant professional, great attitude, team player, willingness to work, and learn
- Personal hand tools, drills, and Sawzall for fieldwork
- Ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders with 30 lbs., and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver’s license (background/drug checks required)
- Secure parking for company vehicle required, no HOA restrictions
