Commercial HVAC Technician

Campbell Mechanical Services is a 3rd family-owned, commercial HVAC mechanical contractor with 100+ employees. We are committed to pursuing excellence with impeccable ethics and through superior performance of our industrial HVAC systems.

We are currently looking for a Commercial Service and Maintenance Technician.

Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Pay: We are a Union Shop and pay accordingly

Benefits: Based upon Union

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm - with occasional overtime and on call duties.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• Minimum of OSHA 10 certification
• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes or trained though the union.
• Comfortable working in high places
• Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems commercial customers and coworkers
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Troubleshooting - Ability to stick with a problem and solve it
• Commercial or industrial mechanical experience in building automation, pluming and HVAC systems

Qualifications Desired:

• HVAC Tech School certificate
• Journeyman Card
