HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman / Lead Installer – Commercial Projects | $36–$40/hr + Benefits Immediate Openings – Join a Growing Commercial HVAC Team in Phoenix, AZ!

Tired of being just another number on a job site? At Corporate Air Mechanical Services (CAMS), we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman / Lead Installer to lead commercial HVAC projects across the Greater Phoenix area.

What You’ll Do: You’ll Lead:

• Skilled teams installing commercial HVAC ductwork and ventilation systems
• Daily jobsite coordination to keep installations on schedule and on spec
• Quality assurance and safe installation practices on every job

You’ll Also:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Communicate with GCs, project managers, and clients
• Train and mentor crew members while keeping job sites clean and efficient
• Track materials, document progress, and report updates

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience
• 2+ years’ experience leading crews or running job sites
• Ability to interpret construction documents and ensure code compliance
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and a good driving record
• Bonus: Experience with VRF systems or refrigeration
