Position Overview

We’re hiring an HVAC Service Technician I to join our Columbus team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment. You’ll work independently and as part of a team to deliver quality work with no callbacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment

• Maintain and install HVAC units (15 tons or less)

• Replace defective parts and controls

• Communicate with dispatch and clients

• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules

• Deliver clear, professional customer service

Requirements

Required:

• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• Active EPA Certification

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience

• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

• OSHA 10 certification

• Technical degree in HVAC

• Experience with refrigeration/food service equipment

Work Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and variable conditions

• Available for on-call shifts and local travel
