Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a desire to advance in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems

• Perform regular preventive maintenance

• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed and system status

• Complete work orders and related documentation accurately

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• HVAC certification (EPA, NATE )

• 2+ years of HVAC experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (e.g., outdoors, attics, crawl spaces)
