salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: High School/GED Required

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose system issues and replace/calibrate components
• Install new HVAC units, ductwork, and thermostats
• Communicate service details and solutions to customers
• Coordinate with dispatch to manage daily schedule
• Document equipment specs and job details
• Generate accurate invoices on-site
• Recommend upgrades and service contracts
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA/safety standards
• Maintain clean, stocked service vehicle
• Collaborate with sales and management
• Participate in on-call emergency service rotation

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working weekends

• EPA Certification (3 years of experience is required)
