Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC Service Department Head to lead our HVAC service team. This role is crucial for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our commercial clients, focusing on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the HVAC industry, with the ability to manage departmental operations effectively.
This is an office role and you will oversee a team of 15 service technicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HVAC service department, overseeing a team of technicians and staff
- Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage the department's budget, including P&L responsibilities, to ensure financial targets are met
- Coordinate and prioritize service calls, ensuring timely response and resolution of customer issues
- Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and professional growth
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients in sectors such as retail, restaurants, grocery stores, and supermarkets
Qualifications
- 5+ years HVAC Service Management experience
- Experience leading team of 5+ people
- Experience speaking with commercial customers, troubleshooting, etc.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and service practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Experience with budget management and P&L responsibility
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Licenses and/or certifications ()
