We’re a fast-paced company in the plumbing industry looking for a skilled Commercial Boiler Service Manager to support our growing operations. This role is key to ensuring seamless communication between clients, field technicians, and internal departments. We’re seeking someone who thrives on organization, communicates clearly and professionally, and understands the day-to-day workflow of commercial HVAC and plumbing service work including boilers.
What You’ll Do

Field incoming calls from clients, gather job details, and schedule service visits
- Troubleshoot issues over the phone, send technician if deemed necessary

Place outgoing calls to confirm details, relay updates, and coordinate scheduling

Work closely with technicians, warehouse, and parts team to prep for service appointments

Make sure tools, equipment, and materials are available before techs are dispatched

Respond to emails promptly and keep customers updated on job timing

Learn internal scheduling procedures and job workflows across service categories

Proactively reach out to clients with updates, changes, or service time windows

Take initiative to create a smooth, hassle-free customer experience

Handle customer concerns with empathy and resolution-focused thinking

Help manage parts orders and track inventory alongside warehouse and purchasing
What You Bring

3+ years of experience working as a dispatcher or technician on commercial boilers required

Solid understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems including commercial boilers

Familiar with standard codes, compliance rules, and safe practices

Top-notch written and spoken communication -you’re comfortable speaking with customers, vendors, and crew

Highly organized, able to juggle multiple requests and keep things moving

Comfortable with scheduling platforms and standard office tools (Microsoft Office, email systems, CRM platforms like HubSpot)
