Commercial HVAC/R Technician
Location: South Philadelphia (Candidates must reside within 40 miles)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40+ hours/week, early morning to mid-afternoon, rotational on-call (1 week per month)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency. This is a hands-on position for a skilled technician who can troubleshoot independently and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC/R systems.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.

Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

Maintain accurate service records and parts usage documentation.
Background
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience troubleshooting & repairing commercial refrigeration equipment (split systems, rooftop units, walk-in coolers & freezers, rack refrigeration systems).

Previous experience as an HVAC/R Technician, Commercial Refrigeration Technician, or Commercial HVAC Technician.

Certifications: EPA Universal required; OSHA .

Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Background check and drug test required (including marijuana—medical card required if positive).
