What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a crew of HVAC installers on commercial job sites
• Install ductwork, ventilation, and HVAC systems to spec and code
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and clients
• Track materials, hours, and jobsite reporting
• Maintain high safety and quality standards

What You Bring:

• 4-6+ years of commercial HVAC install experience (2+ years leading a crew)
• Expertise in sheet metal duct installation and commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on-site
• Familiarity with VRF systems (a plus!)
• Valid Utah driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship
