By sundown, your team wraps a safe, code-compliant install and you’ve captured time, photos, and notes on your mobile device for the Project Management Team. Repeat on the next city—because this role takes you nationwide.

The Opportunity

• Travel nationally as the field lead, typically directing 4–6 team members
• Average 60–70 hour workweeks
• Rotation: 3–4 weeks on the road, then one week off
• Significant overtime potential—our teams typically log 1,000+ overtime hours per year, as projects permit
• Industry-leading per diem while traveling

Core Work You’ll Lead

• Commercial HVAC replacements with emphasis on RTUs, adapter curbs, and sheet metal/duct connections
• Electrical disconnect/reconnect and integration of controls, EMS, and life-safety systems
• Gas piping and connections; condensate drains; unit removal and setting via crane
• Enforce OSHA construction safety standards for the entire team
• Interpret blueprints/site drawings and execute installs accordingly
• Timekeeping and on-site coordination with customers and the Project Management Team

Certifications and Tools

You will obtain company certification upon hire to operate: Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP), Telehandler Forklift, Crane Rigger/Signal Person. OSHA-10 Certification required.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience, including RTU changeouts and adapter curb installs
• Expert blueprint reading and installation from site drawings
• Strong grasp of construction workflow, sheet metal, and duct installation
• Pro English communication; able to liaise with customers and office personnel
• Comfort using mobile devices for field documentation and coordination
• Ability to work outdoors in hot and cold conditions
• Ability to acquire state-required licenses where needed (e.g., Journeyman)
• Driver's License (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
• Ability to work overtime
