Are you a driven professional with a background in commercial HVAC and a talent for sales and client relations? We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Comfort Advisor to manage accounts, generate new business, and oversee projects from initial lead to completion. This commission-based role offers exceptional earning potential for an ambitious candidate.
As a Commercial HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our commercial customers. Your role is highly consultative, requiring you to leverage your technical knowledge (and interest in plumbing) to generate leads, scope projects, and manage the full sales life cycle for HVAC and related services. Your experience working with commercial accounts will be crucial to securing and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities and Expectations:

Serve as the primary customer interface for commercial HVAC accounts.

Generate new leads and opportunities within the commercial customer base.

Manage and drive the full sales life cycle of commercial projects, from initial client contact through project closeout.

Effectively scope projects, create proposals, and present solutions to commercial clients.

Leverage technical knowledge and past experience (especially in HVAC and, ideally, plumbing) to offer comprehensive solutions.

Work collaboratively with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

Utilize basic email and computer skills for proposals, communication, and documentation.
Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the commercial HVAC space.

Crucial customer interface experience in a commercial business-to-business setting.

Proven ability to generate leads for commercial customers.

Prior experience as an HVAC Technician or Plumbing professional is a plus.

Familiarity with construction or project management is highly valued.

Basic email and computer skills are required.

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch software is a plus.
